The Regulation on Amendments and Supplements to the Regulation on Electronic Invoicing was adopted and published in the Official Gazette No. 65/24 on August 2, 2024.

The Regulation shall enter into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", and shall apply from 1 September 2024, except for the provisions relating to the electronic recording of previous tax, which shall apply to tax periods determined by the law regulating value added tax that begin after 31 August 2024.
