The Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Electronic Invoicing was adopted by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on October 26, 2023 and was published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 92/23 on October 27, 2023.

 

As a reminder, this law will apply from January 1, 2024 , except for the provisions on electronic recording of previous tax , which will apply to tax periods , in accordance with the law governing value added tax, that begin after August 31, 2024 .
